To build a thriving, regenerative South Africa, we need everyone on board. Millions of South Africans live below the poverty line and have numerous barries to entry to participating in the R.E.Generation Goals Program.
That’s why we partnered with Sharing Our Ubuntu Legacy Western Cape Trust (SOUL) to create the Xchange Program in 2017. This initiative incentivises individuals and households in marginalised communities to upskill and make a positive impact in their local areas. The Xchange Program is a powerful tool to tackle the challenges we face and create lasting, sustainable solutions for our nation.
You can support us on our mission by donating via SOUL to one of the Programs listed below.

The R.E.Generation Xchange Program for Households offers families in marginalised areas the chance to learn about the environment and recycling. In exchange for completing basic training and bringing in a bag of recycling each week, they’re rewarded with 2.5kg maize meal.
It’s a win-win-win situation. To date, we’ve kept over 5 tonnes of recycling out of landfills and off the streets, distributed over 5 tonnes of maize meal and created jobs in the Green Economy at Mike’s Recycling Workshop.
This Program is so successful that households are asking to join the waiting list! Visit SOUL’s website to see how you or your business can get involved and make a difference today.
The R.E.Generation Xchange Program for Children encourages youth in marginalised communities areas to participate in our #R.E.GenerativeSouthAfrica2030 events and rewards them with a meal for their efforts.
The objective of this program is to educate children about Regenerative Ubuntu, the Global Goals, and how they can contribute towards creating a greener, cleaner, and safer neighbourhood. With this knowledge, children can become agents of change, empowered to actively participate in making the world a better place.
